Homes for rent

Looking for a place?

Every home we have for rent is advertised on Trade Me Property with the rent stated, and listed here.

There are no homes listed right now. New homes appear here and on Trade Me Property as soon as they are ready to rent.

Interested in one of our homes, or want to hear when one comes up? Tell us what you are looking for.

We use your details to reply about the home you asked about. If you tick the box, we also tell you about homes that fit. If you do not, we never send you marketing. Either way, the Residential Tenancies Act asks us to keep our messages with you for the length of that tenancy and 12 months after. See the privacy statement.

If you are not chosen, we keep it, and our messages with you, for the length of that tenancy and 12 months after, as the Residential Tenancies Act asks. Questions

What tenants ask.

More help from Tenancy Services, the government's tenancy advice service.

Ask us in writing. The owner must answer within 21 days and can only say no on reasonable grounds. A pet bond of up to two weeks' rent can be asked for, on top of the general bond.

At least 60 days, in writing. Rent can only go up once every 12 months.

Into our client account, which holds only rent and never mixes with our own money. The account details and your reference are in your tenancy agreement.

Talk to us first. If we cannot sort it out, you can apply to Tenancy Services for mediation, the same way as for the Tenancy Tribunal, and the Tribunal can decide it if mediation does not settle it. Tenancy Services also gives free information on 0800 836 262. See our complaints process.

The owner's insurance covers the building, not your belongings. Contents insurance is your choice, and worth having.
